Apart from providing thorough instructions on procedures and required materials, the CBSOs accept onsite applications without online appointments in advance with the applications to be examined for approval as soon as possible.

Haizhu also allows enterprises to register before their documents are fully prepared. Companies’ with higher credit ratings are entitled to apply even if short of required materials. This move solves the problem of foreign shareholders unable to provide the notarized documents on time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
