With Pazhou Internet Innovation Cluster Area and Sun Yat-sen University International Innovation Valley as the core, Haizhu is integrating scientific research resources along Xingang Road. 1. R&D Design Services

Taking the Sun Yat-sen University International Innovation Valley as the key platform, combining the scientific research institutes and corporate resources along Xingang Road - such as Sun Yat-sen University, the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Seventh Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group - to focus on strengthening the research and application of information, new materials, and intelligence technologies in innovative industries such as manufacturing, as well as undertaking R&D outsourcing business.

2. Innovation Incubation Services

Supporting the construction of internal incubators for innovative enterprises headquartered in the district; participating in angel investment, entrepreneurial incubation and technological acceleration; creating a complete "Maker Space-Entrepreneurship Nursery-Technology Incubator-Technology Accelerator" innovation chain; and forming an open and interconnected networked industrial community.

Focusing on promoting the construction of professional incubators in the fields of new generation information technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and intelligent manufacturing, and cultivating brand incubators with a national and global influence.

3. Inspection Services

Relying on Guangdong Testing Institute of Product Quality Supervision, Guangzhou KingMed Diagnostics Group Co., Ltd. and other research institutes and enterprises, Haizhu supports the equal participation of inspection, testing and certification institutions of different ownership; develops the inspection and certification industry led by medical inspection, electronic product inspection, and food inspection; and supports relevant research institutes in the establishment of national or provincial inspection and testing centers.

4. Intellectual Property Services

Promoting the integrated development of the entire chain of intellectual property creation, use, protection, management, and service; building an intellectual property ecosystem; and creating an intellectual property highland.

Focusing on emerging industries such as new-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, life and health, to develop market-oriented services such as intellectual property agencies, information, law and consulting.

Encouraging universities, research institutes and enterprises in the district to build intellectual property alliances, creating an innovative mechanism to promote the transformation and transfer of regional scientific and technological achievements, and creating a new platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
