Fan Zhendong

· Olympic debutant Fan is ranked No 1 in the world and is one of the favorites for men's singles gold in Tokyo. After joining the Chinese senior team in 2012, he went on to become the youngest winner of the ITTF World Tour and the youngest world champion.

Li Qingtong

· Age: 22

· Sport: Football

· Li is a mid-filed player of China’s women football team. She became the top scorer under the AFC U14 regional championships in 2014 and was named an Elite Athlete of International Class by the General Administration of Sport of China in 2018.

Haizhu district is known as the "hometown of football" and has become the cradle in Guangzhou for cultivating football talents.
